Wer ist der Kopf und das Herz hinter QUEENLY®?

Hallo, ich bin Julia Zeman...

Transformations-Coach, neurospicy Künstlerin, Hypnosetherapeutin und Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie.

Mein Werdegang

Mein beruflicher Weg begann mit einer 4,5 jährigen Berufsausbildung in Schauspiel, Gesang und Tanz, gefolgt von 15 Jahren Schauspiel in der freien Berliner Theaterszene.​​ 

Die Arbeit als Schauspielerin legte einen wichtigen Grundstein für meine heutige Arbeit. Intensiv studierte ich den Umgang mit Emotionen, Ausdruck, Körperbewusstsein und Präsenz.

2009 veränderte ich meine berufliche Ausrichtung durch eine 4-jährige Weiterbildung zur Psychodramaleiterin und absolvierte 2013 die Prüfung zur Psychotherapeutin nach dem Heilpraktikergesetz.

Weitere Ausbildungen zur Hypnotherapeutin und zur systemischen Coachin folgten. ​

2010 gründete ich das "Puppetuni Institut für Puppenspiel und kreative Therapie Berlin" und unterstütze damit bis heute den interaktiven Einsatz von Handpuppen im therapeutischen und pädagogischen Kontext.

Während meiner fünfzehnjährigen Arbeit mit Demenzkranken als therapeutische Puppenspielerin und meiner fünfeinhalbjährigen Arbeit mit psychisch schwer erkrankten Menschen im Bereich der Wiedereingliederungshilfe in Berlin habe ich gelernt, Menschen in aussergewöhnlichen psychischen Zuständen zu begleiten.

Geboren und aufgewachsen in Berlin, lebenslang begleitet von einer tiefen, unverdrängbaren Sehnsucht nach Natur, bin ich meinem Versprechen an mich selbst treu geblieben, dieser Sehnsucht nachzugehen, sobald meine Kinder erwachsen sind.

​2023 fuhr ich mit meiner Katze als Beifahrerin in einem alten Wohnmobil "ins Blaue", um mein Glück zu suchen.

​Heute führe ich mit meinem Lebensgefährten ein "Doppelleben" zwischen Großstadt und Off-Grid Leben in einer der unberührtesten Gegenden Portugals zwischen Granitfelsen, Korkeichen und Olivenbäumen.

"Julia is amazing and inspirational in every way I can think of, as a person and as a therapist. I have tried many therapies through my life. Julia’s Queenly programme feels so uniquely tailored to me, the multi-faceted work really keeps the process present each and every day and is having deeper, more permanent and more effective result than anything else I have done. The way that she works with me is very gentle and very profound. She is intuitive, open-minded, intelligent and skilled at bringing out what needs to come out. I feel deeply understood and accepted. Her delicate (but firm) work with me gently allows my own processes to develop in their own time and enter into my consciousness during our sessions as well as my thought processes sporadically throughout each day and my dreaming time. We have worked together for some months. I look forward to our time together, (although it is sometimes incredibly difficult and emotional) the processes I learn and their applications and manifestations in my daily life. I am unpacking and allowing space for all of the emotions that have been suppressed through my life. There are many parts of the process that help me, but two of those resonate more than the others. These are the expansion of my creativity and the understanding of entering into my inner space and power, which has grown incrementally each and every day as part of the process as a whole:- The Creative Process Almost every week Julia gives me project, which I like to call “Homework’. Most of these projects are ‘artistic’ creations – pictures, collages, objects, writings, etc.., physical evidence of my inner Queendom and expressions of my own imagination. Within these pieces – and tools of my Queenly space - are representations and reminders of the things that bring me peace, power and positivity. Having never really been able to express myself creatively (and emotionally) this process was petrifying in the beginning, I didn’t know how and where to start. Now, after working on a number of projects and having ‘successes’ in making rather rugged, but very beautiful pieces that are now displayed around my home, I am excited to receive homework! The display of these pieces also brings them into each and every day as little reminders of the work done. During the process of creating these pieces, there is a genius in Julia’s therapy. Throughout the week (or longer) of making things, the project is ever in the back of my mind, bringing regular attention, thought and presence to the piece and its particular meanings and applications in life, again, allowing gentle learning about myself, also highlighting and making me more aware of the way I work with (and avoid) my lifelong coping mechanisms coupled with programming my system in a new way. Bringing the project and its relevance into my daily waking life allows me to continue the work alone, outside of our sessions, all of the time and become more observant of my patterns allowing me to consciously change them. I have made some beautiful pieces that I am very proud of to collect in the ‘Queen’s Treasure Chest’. Inner Space I am sure that I am not alone in the habit of keeping busy and being busy – what I will term “displacement therapy”. It’s much easier to get on with the unending list of chores and things to do, rather than focus on what I need and what my system, body, soul and mind are asking for and sometimes craving. I still have these patterns, but they are becoming quieter and more under control, I recognise that they are part of me but do not need to control me. Each and every day, I take more moments of calm, breathing, stretching, and just sitting quietly – BEING. I have learned to be observant and patient of my emotions and therefore, less reactive and more measured – respecting myself and my own needs. This has impacted my life more than I ever could have imagined, also impacting the ways in which others behave towards me. My boundaries are stronger and people around are sensing this and treating me with more respect, its fabulous!! In taking a few moments when I need to do so, time seems to be passing more slowly, I am able to calm myself and my own nervous system and therefore I get more done as it is not in a blind panic. As well as this, my negative self-speak and negative internal dialogue is also disappearing and being replaced with a loving and grateful dialogue. With each of these steps, I feel better and better, opportunities that I had forgotten I deserve and am capable of are being brought to me. Definitely, without question, I recommend this process to anybody that would like to see and know themselves better and be able to gain confidence and positivity in this complex and challenging world – both the inner and the outer. "
